KI launches new, Lynn Chadwick-inspired ‘Zig’ table collection

The angular, tapered legs of ‘Zig’ tables are reminiscent of a Lynn Chadwick sculpture. Their folded steel form creates a striking silhouette at both standard and poseur heights. Almost retro-futuristic in style, these tables can enhance a variety of settings such as cafes, meeting rooms and collaboration zones.

Engineered for simplicity, Zig streamlined under-structure creates is a lighter aesthetic and clearer leg space. The optional central cable management system can support desktop power and accessories if required, whilst poseur height tables can have optional footrails for added user comfort. Chamfered MFMDF worktops mirror the angled, slender silhouette of the legs whilst providing added strength and stability. Both worktops and legs can be specified in a variety of finishes to suit any scheme.

Designed by KI’s in-house team in London and manufactured in the UK, the Zig table collection is a cost-effective and robust solution. It can be specified in numerous shapes and sizes from 1000mm round or square tables, to large rectangular dropdown benches between 800mm and 1200mm in depth, with inset intermediate legs. Zig is certified SCS Indoor Advantage Gold – Furniture, making it suitable for many building rating systems, including LEED v4, BREEAM, & WELL Building.
