Workspace Design Show returns to Amsterdam with a new, future-focused agenda
After a successful debut in 2023, the Workspace Design Show will return to Amsterdam this November, promising to shape the future of workplace interiors. Taking place from 5–6 November 2025 at RAI Amsterdam, the event is recognised as the UK and Europe’s leading exhibition dedicated to the evolution of workplace environments. Bringing together some of the most creative minds in architecture, design, occupier strategy and sustainability, the Amsterdam edition will focus on how to create more effective, inspiring, and future-proof workspaces. Innovation, sustainability and wellbeing will be at the heart of the 2025 show, with an outstanding speaker programme planned across three dedicated stages: Workspace Design Talks, Occupiers Forum, and Sustainability Talks. The sessions aim to deliver critical insights and practical strategies for designing the workplace of tomorrow.
The conference programme will explore a wide range of topics, from future-proofing workspaces and designing for adaptability, to using data extraction to improve building performance and energy efficiency. Discussions will also examine how hospitality principles are making workplaces more human-centric, how wellbeing and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) are being integrated into design, and how AI and smart data are reshaping productivity and collaboration. Other sessions will consider the creation of spaces that blend professional, social, and recreational purposes, as well as how connected data and knowledge can transform the design process.
More than 120 leading global occupiers and design firms are set to share their expertise, with confirmed speakers from organisations such as Booking.com, Amazon, Zoom, Ubisoft, Gensler, UNStudio, HENN, CBRE, Colliers, and Arcadis.
Alongside the conference programme, over 100 brands will be exhibiting new workspace solutions. Exhibitors include major names such as Sedus, Vitra, Interface, VEPA, Artifort, Pedrali, Kettal, Interstuhl, König + Neurath, Humanscale, and Palmberg.
Visitors will also be able to experience five special experiential features created by prominent architects from UNStudio, Casper Schwarz and Mecanoo. These installations are designed to offer immersive, thought-provoking experiences that reimagine the future of work.
The Workspace Design Show promises to be a must-attend event for anyone passionate about redefining the way we work, live, and connect within the built environment. Whether you are an architect, designer, workplace strategist, or product manufacturer, the event offers an unparalleled opportunity to discover the latest innovations, connect with peers, and gain fresh inspiration for the workplaces of the future.
Visitor registration details and further announcements will be shared soon, with those interested encouraged to join the show’s mailing list to stay updated.
