About Guzman de Yarza and Ana Gorriti

Guzman de Yarza "Guzman is a Doctor in Architecture and is part of the leadership team of JLL Design, a 700-strong interior design practice with 65 studios in 30 countries. Over the last decade, he has been responsible for multiple large-scale global projects in the field of workplace strategy and transformation. He has a vast experience in delivering complex workplace projects that require an emphasis in cultural transformation and innovation. As an architect, his built works have been awarded nationally and internationally, and his projects have been published in several architectural magazines around the world. Guzman is passionate about the intersection of technology and design and is a big advocate of the implementation of AI within the world of design and creativity Ana Goritti As Director of Inclusive Design Consulting at JLL, Ana leads the development of inclusive built environment strategies across global markets. With over two decades in workplace strategy and design, she has assessed more than 1.2 million square meters of office space in 35+ countries, establishing JLL’s Inclusive Design capability as a global practice. Combining an architectural foundation with strategic consulting expertise, Ana creates frameworks that integrate inclusion into physical environments and support diverse, neurodiverse, and global communities. Beyond her leadership role, she contributes to industry advancement as a speaker and member of the NeuroPlaces Advisory Board, continuously evolving JLL’s inclusive design practice through workshops and user engagement methodologies that shape equitable and human-centered design solutions.

However, there is one area which is emerging as the next critical evolution in workplace strategy: neuroinclusive workplace design. Neurodivergent employees often bring unique strengths in areas like innovative problem-solving, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional pattern recognition, but many workplaces are still failing to adequately accommodate these individuals.
