The inaugural Workspace Design Show in Amsterdam brought together Benelux’s leading designers, architects, end-user occupiers to discuss the dynamic landscape of workspace interiors, revealing key opportunities and gauging the pulse of current workplace trends. The two day event in October was a huge success, both in numbers and in terms of exhibitor and visitor sentiment. Building on the success of the Workspace Design Show in London, the new event highlighted how much appetite there is across Europe for people to come together to share ideas about the new and emerging workplace.
Over the course of the two days, more than 30,000 people from over forty countries visited the event at the RAI in Amsterdam. They were there to take part in the conference, which included twenty-five panel discussions and contributions from more than ninety speakers and the audience members themselves, of course. A broad spectrum of exhibitors also took part, showcasing the latest ideas in furniture, lighting, materials and surfaces design as well as workplace technology.
Above all this was a networking opportunity and a chance to share news and ideas. As well as the chance to meet new people and existing friends and colleagues, there were a number of immersive interactive features at the show to fire up people’s imaginations.
Big brands such as VEPA, Interface, Interstuhl, Kettal, Tarkett, Sedus, Vitra, Ahrend and many other workplace product manufacturers used the platform to unveil brand new collections, igniting a spark of innovation that resonated throughout the event.
Visitors that attended included AECOM, de Architekten Cie, MVRDV, CBRE, Google, Meta, Rabobank, ING, KLM, Colliers, Fokkema & Partners, UNSTUDIO, D/DOCK, Booking.com, Arup and many more – all of these highlights and more are included in this nine-page report.
The next event will be even bigger and bolder! Save the date for the second edition of Workspace Design Show in Amsterdam, taking place 5 – 6 November 2025. If you are interested to be part of it, get in touch with us now on sales@workspaceshow.co.uk
