About Gabriel Fleming and Ollie Turk
Gabriel Fleming is a Space Strategist with 30 years’ experience in CAD, space planning, utilisation studies and workplace audits. He began his career as a Structural Engineer before moving into corporate real estate, supporting a global financial services client and ultimately establishing a consultancy of 30 staff with offices in London, Dubai and Cape Town. For 16 years, his team delivered space planning, CAD and utilisation services across the client’s worldwide portfolio.
After 16 years in Canary Wharf, Gabriel went on to support a range of consultants and also worked with the Financial Conduct Authority. In 2013, he founded Adept Space, providing CAD services, CAFM support, utilisation surveys, audits, and space and headcount analysis for clients across sectors. Since then developed a first class reputation for delivering offices utilisation studies that exceed client expectations while maintaining an economical delivery model. To date, the company has completed over 550 studies across 26 countries.
Ollie Turk is a Space Utilisation Strategist with over 15 years’ experience across building services, CAD co-ordination, and workplace planning. Starting his career in MEP and HVAC design, Ollie has worked on high-profile projects including large commercial offices globally, healthcare environments, and government buildings. His background as a CAD/BIM Manager and MEP CAD Coordinator provides him with a strong technical foundation and a deep understanding of how buildings actually function in practice.
Since 2017, Ollie has specialised in space utilisation, occupancy analysis and move management, working with organisations globally to help them better understand how their workplaces are used. Through Adept Space, he delivers practical, data-driven insights that support smarter decision-making around space allocation, hybrid working, and long-term workplace strategy.
Ollie’s work combines on-site utilisation surveys with CAD-based scenario planning and reporting, enabling clients to visualise change, optimise space, and reduce wasted floor area. His experience spans commercial offices, education, healthcare, and retail spaces.
