Workspace Design Show Amsterdam 2025 returns to inspire the offices of the future
The Workspace Design Show is set to make a return to Amsterdam this year, promising to bring together industry leaders, designers, and top brands to shape the future of workplace interiors. Following its successful debut in October 2023, the event will take place at the RAI Amsterdam on 5–6 November 2025, with organisers anticipating an even larger and more dynamic showcase. The 2025 edition is expected to attract over 6,000 visitors and feature more than 800 products alongside a series of high-profile discussions and presentations. The FRAME Awards will be a key highlight, celebrating excellence in workspace design, while three conferences will bring together major global occupiers including Booking.com, Amazon, Zoom, and Ubisoft. Design leaders from firms such as Gensler, UNStudio, HENN, CBRE, Colliers, and Arcadis will also contribute to discussions on the future of workplace strategy and culture.
A stellar lineup of brands will be present, with companies such as Vitra, Interface, VEPA, Artifort, Pedrali, Kettal, Interstuhl, König + Neurath, Humanscale, and Palmberg showcasing their latest innovations. Visitors will also experience five immersive features created by leading architectural firms including UNStudio, Casper Schwarz, M Moser Associates, and Mecanoo. A mood board contest, hosted by the Biophilic Design Academy, will celebrate creativity in workspace design.
The show has received strong industry support, with exhibitors praising the platform as an opportunity to engage with a high-calibre audience. Hans Trilsbeek of Wilkhahn highlighted the international reach of the event, noting that visitors included professionals from major firms such as Nike, Belgium Railways, and the European Commission. Ellen Hermans of Rockfon described it as the perfect venue for showcasing workplace-specific solutions to an engaged and relevant audience.
Attendees from the previous edition have also endorsed the event. Ayca Dogan, Head of Design at CBRE, described it as a valuable opportunity for networking and collaboration, while Timo Cardol of KAAN Architecten emphasised its role in providing insights beyond the digital sphere, with a mix of well-established and emerging brands showcasing new ideas and innovations.
Show founder Esha Bark-Jones expressed excitement for the upcoming edition, stating that the inaugural event had exceeded expectations. “This year’s show promises to build on the momentum created at the first event, connecting the best minds in workspace design, architecture, and corporate real estate. We are committed to delivering an inspiring and immersive experience that fosters innovation and collaboration,” she said.
With over 75 percent of the exhibition space already booked, interest in the event is high. Further details and exhibitor enquiries can be made via sales@workspaceshow.co.uk. More information about the show can be found at workspaceshow.nl.
