Jooxter launches new Essential Collaboration Pack to help people plan where they work

Jooxter has announced the expansion of its operations into the UK and Ireland. Jooxter is a leading provider of smart workplace solutions designed to help businesses manage their digital workplace strategy by optimising building occupancy, managing workspaces and enabling collaboration. Founded in France in 2014 by CEO Fabien Girerd, Jooxter offers web and mobile applications combined with QR codes and IoT networks to provide real-time visualisation of a building’s occupancy and analytics. This gives companies a smart way of managing and optimising the use of the office space they have.

Occupancy and data analytics dashboards provide commercial real estate leaders with a dynamic view of working patterns and workspace requirements. This helps them gather valuable insight into how and when employees are using the space and make data-informed decisions about the design of their workplaces.

In June, in recognition of the new hybrid-working models companies are adopting, Jooxter will launch its Essential Collaboration Pack to help companies large and small bring employees together.

The new collaboration tool is based on client feedback gathered from professional services and banking firms across Europe during the pandemic and gives leaders and employees the visibility, flexibility and autonomy to share their work location whether in the office, working from home or in a co-working space.

Employees will be able to see in real-time who else is in the office and manage their schedules accordingly. This is particularly helpful for team leaders who want to reconnect with their team and plan projects as well as check levels of engagement and wellbeing.

People can also use Jooxter’s app to book a desk or space for a meeting. And by using a simple check-in / check-out feature, whereby people flash a QR code once at their desk or in a meeting room, they can also notify the system that they’ve arrived and when they leave.

New and existing customers who sign up to the Jooxter subscription model before June 11th will also receive the Essential Collaboration Pack for a team of up to 150 people free of charge when it launches.Offer limited to first 100 customers. Fabien Girerd, Jooxter CEO, explains why today’s announcement is so important for its customers: “There’s no doubt companies are keen to provide a sustainable working environment for their employees so they can get people back to collaborating face to face. In the UK, the pandemic has accelerated the importance of flexible working models and the role of smart technology to facilitate it. Leaders want to implement a scalable and flexible model that fosters productivity as well as keep their real estate budget sustainable. We can deliver these assurances and more.”
