Mindspace raises 72 million dollars from institutional investors
Mindspace, the global flex office provider, secured a funding of $72 million. The investment round is intended to support the continuation of the company’s growth and its further expansion in Europe, the United States and Israel. The round was led by Harel Insurance Investments and Financial Services Ltd., More Provident Funds, Shalom Meckenzie, Arkin Holdings and existing investors. Manchester’s office market set to be fuelled by growth in SMEs
Manchester’s office market could see a boost thanks to its 22,850 SME businesses says Cluttons, who have recently launched an office on King Street in the City. Recent research by distribution company Citisprint highlighted that Manchester’s SMEs are also the most confident with 33 percent saying their business is in better shape post-pandemic, and 52 percent expecting to grow in the next 12 months. New research provides insights into post-pandemic workplace
The latest research from MRI Software, claims that commercial occupiers’ willingness to allow all employees the choice to work remotely fell dramatically from 39 percent to 26 percent between March and September 2021. Seventy percent of survey respondents planned to institute policies that tighten up remote work eligibility and onsite requirements – up from 60 percent in March. More →
