Over a third of employees worry about job security if they report an accident at work

As the UK prepares to return to normal in the coming months and industries reopen, research from The Workforce Institute at UKG claims that as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, 87 percent of UK workers have been propelled into the future of work by accelerating their digital transformation projects. Half of employees think managers have become less empathetic in latest lockdown
