The study, conducted by Lotta Harju, Professor of Work and Organisational Psychology at emlyon business school, investigated the prevalence and persistence of boredom and exhaustion manifest among Finnish and UK workers. This is the highest level the trade body has reported in over a decade and two whole days more than the pre-pandemic rate of 5.8 days.
